Yes. The Oraliv Electric Toothbrush is designed for safe daily use when used as recommended (twice a day for 2 minutes).

Yes. The brush is designed to provide effective cleaning while remaining gentle on gums. If you have specific dental concerns, consult your dentist.
How often should I replace the brush head?
We recommend replacing the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become worn.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Our dispatch team processes and ships orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
For major metro cities, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days post-dispatch.
For other locations across India, delivery may take 3–6 business days, depending on the serviceable area.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500 and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee is applied. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
