Refund policy

At Oraliv, we take pride in delivering high-quality oral care products and exceptional customer service. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review our policy below:

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds:
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

No Cancellations:
We do not offer cancellations on confirmed orders. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before placing an order.

However, in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered it should be reported within 3-4 business days from the date of delivery. Once request has been analyzed and we find the item as defective will replace the product and delivered the new exchanged product within 5-7 business days.
